  Great place, maybe upgrade the room in better furniture would be great idea but overall great experience breakfast was amazing. The hotel is a center of located around the city.

  Switch on the AC results in bad smoke air comes into the room. Furniture have seen it's best days long time ago. Breakfast: as a vegetarian it's always not that easy, but there the chef made an instant noodle soup with nothing in, and the broth wasn't vegetarian either. Just ridiculous.

  This hotel is a long long way from being a 5 star rating. The bed was older than me and I’m no spring chicken, everywhere was stained and no maintenance. First room was a shocker, moved which was slightly better apart from massive cockroach in the shower. No ambience whatsoever and I was not brave enough to try the breakfast buffet. At double the price of the Hilton, absolutely not worth it. I felt more of the charm of a remote and abandoned military outpost. On the plus side, there was plenty of hot water. Would not stay here.

  Room very comfortable, but could be better if proper tea & coffee provided - we had only 3-in-1, with no tea and no simple coffee. Good range of food for breakfast, but could be better if staff are quicker to notice when something needs to be replenished, e.g. fresh coffee or clean glasses.

  The hotel feels quite old and the facilities are outdated. The only good things were the location, the spacious room, and the air conditioning. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels — mostly vegetarian options and the soup was cold for 2 days continuously. Overall, the other facilities and service were not worth the price. Honestly, they should remove the word “luxury” from their hotel name.

  Got a free upgrade, guess i could be bias a little heheh... but it was a clean hotel. With reception being able to speak decent english... it makes communication clearer and operation in hotel was good.Breakfast was decent, with sufficient variety. Hotel bed is clean and tidy.... I have even went to the gym room. Was kinda sufficient with general items needed. Will still come again if i am around the corner

  This is the leading hotel in Buon Ma Thuot, in the Dak Lak region of the Central Highlands. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. My king size bed was very comfortable. At my request, I was given a room with a walk-in shower. The water pressure in the overhead shower was too low. But this was compensated by the decent pressure in the middle shower that can be held in hand.||The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The English- speaking Hong in the restaurant went out of her way to be helpful during breakfast every day. Minh Thinh at the reception helped me to rent a motorcycle. The housekeepers are very good. The location is excellent: The hotel is located next to the biggest supermarket, Co.op Mart, and a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. No other major hotel in the city matches Muong Thanh’s great location.

  Overall conditions of the hotel are satisfactory. The hotel maintenance technician is skillful in handling problem. The only shortfall is the breakfast menu which somehow not international type. Also some local foods quality required improvement.
