  I never write reviews but Jessica deserves this. I honestly didn’t think I was going to make my flight. With just 2 hours and 15 minutes until check-in closed, I was convinced it was impossible. Jessica worked incredibly fast, stayed in constant communication, and managed to get everything approved just in time. Thanks to her, I made my flight and my trip was saved. I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism, urgency, and dedication. I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised. If you ever find yourself in a stressful situation needing an urgent Vietnam visa, Jessica is the person you want helping you. I owe her a huge thank you.

  I recently used Vietnam visa service to obtain my Evisa, and I must say, the process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. I'd advise against applying through the official website, as it's not only more expensive but also more complicated - even the Australian consulate recommends using a travel agent. I made the mistake of applying through the website and paying $25 USD, only to end up wasting my money. Thankfully, Amelia from Vietnam visa service was extremely helpful, providing me with all the necessary information. I'm even considering using their immigration fast track service and ESIM plan for my upcoming trip to Vietnam in August 2026. While their services may not be cheap, I'm grateful for the peace of mind they've given me. Despite some mixed reviews, I highly recommend Vietnam visa service to my friends and family.

They were highly proactive, keeping me completely in the loop with regular updates at every single stage.   I was in Japan stressed about my impending flight to Vietnam, as i was set to fly out in 2 days and my e-visa application kept bouncing back asking for more information. Weifeng was a huge help - was able to not only help me get my evisa taken care of with more than enough time to spare but was also helpful in helping provide car services to and from the airport, and for experiences that made my trip simple and seamless. Would highly recommend.

  This is easily one of the best agencies out there for obtaining your Vietnam visas. They're exceptional in every aspect of customer service. I highly recommend the sales executive Amelia.
