  Mình từng nghĩ xin visa sẽ rất khó, nhưng nhờ 24H Visa, mọi thứ trở nên đơn giản hơn rất nhiều. Chỉ cần chuẩn bị giấy tờ theo hướng dẫn, còn lại họ lo hết. Kết quả là mình nhận được visa mà không gặp bất kỳ rắc rối nào!

  Sau khi tham khảo nhiều nơi, mình quyết định chọn 24H Visa và hoàn toàn không hối hận. Họ làm việc rất chuyên nghiệp, xử lý hồ sơ nhanh chóng, rõ ràng. Giá cả hợp lý, không phát sinh chi phí ẩn. Lần sau có xin visa chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây!

  10 điểm không có nhưng ạ. 🌞 Đội ngũ nhân viên nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ và rep tin nhắn nhanh chóng trên mọi mặt trận luôn, chứ không có bỏ quên hay để customer đợi luôn á. Giải đáp nhiệt tình mọi lúc luôn. 😘 Thường chỗ nào cũng sẽ có cùng kết quả công việc nhưng thái độ và tính hiếu khách của các bạn ở đây là một điểm cộng tuỵt vời ạ ❤️

  Mình đã check trước timeline, nhân viên cam kết có visa sớm hơn thời gian mình cần nên mình mới sử dụng dịch vụ. Gửi hồ sơ cho đến nay gần 20 ngày, mai mình bay mà giờ báo không có visa kịp. Trao đổi thì không hề có 1 câu đưa ra phương án xử lý hay nói để làm dịu khách hàng mà quay ngược lại trách khách vì sao chưa có kết quả mà đã book vé máy bay và khách sạn. Tư duy đổ lỗi thì sao làm dịch vụ được?

  While they were extremely quick when it came to requesting payments, the overall service was far from professional. Throughout the process, multiple people — who did not appear to be full-time employees — were added into group chats, which made me seriously concerned about how personal information was being handled and managed. In the end, I was unable to obtain my VISA through this company. What was especially disappointing was the constant excuses and self-protective responses from their side, including statements such as “I am not involved,” or “I am not the person in charge,” showing a clear lack of responsibility and accountability. What shocked me the most was that the person acting as the main contact later admitted that they had known from the beginning that my VISA would likely not be approved. If that was truly the case, then they should have explained the situation honestly from the start instead of continuing to push payment requests. It gave the impression that collecting money was prioritized over actually supporting the client. Their workflow was also extremely disorganized. Almost every request was labeled as “urgent” or “needed today.” In one case, I received a message around 4:30 PM asking me to bring documents before 5:00 PM the same day. However, these were matters that could and should have been anticipated and scheduled properly in advance. I am sharing this experience as a warning for others. I will also share this information with other companies and online communities so that more people can be careful before using this service.
