One of the best co-working spots we've ever had the fortune of working from, my partner and I loved it so much we're planning to return in a few months after our honeymoon! Especially loved the ice baths 3 times a week. Sitting in an ice bath, under the hot sun, looking out over the rice fields was such a delight! Beautiful views over rice paddies and distant mountains, (much better than is possible to capture in photos), stunning sunsets. Warm, friendly vibe with tonnes of events going on, though we were too busy with work to make the most of the social aspect. Always someone around to chat to in the lounge, yet dedicated quiet and AC spaces where it's easy to focus and work 24/7 without interruption. Lots of people around working, even really late at night. Loads of thoughtful touches, free coffee, free big fluffy towels for showers and ice baths, foot cushions under many desks, a variety of good chairs (including plenty without arm rests - a win for those of us who have POTS/ can only sit cross-legged!)... it really feels like everything has been thought of and a lot of care has been taken to make it a great experience for members. We can't wait to come back!

We have been to plenty of co working spaces during our travels and have to say that the Hub Hoi An has been the most amazing one so far. The location, the vibe, the community is second to none. It really inspired us to work harder than ever. The operation Lâm and the team have going on is impeccable. The community is so vibrant it’s hard not to engage and connect. Unfortunately, we had to move on but we will definitely come back to Hoi An and one of the reasons in the Hub! See you later this year!

this is a beautiful space! my friends and i came to look at the rice fields and we ordered a few drinks. the cafe sua da was delicious and the orange juice tasted freshly squeezed! the workers are so nice and even brought out fans for us while we sat outside. highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, serene cafe with gorgeous views!

The workspace is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and somehow they’ve managed to solve the biggest problem in modern work: not enough Vietnamese coffee. Being able to make my own Vietnamese coffee throughout the day was dangerous for my sleep schedule but excellent for my productivity. The weekly events are also brilliant. By the end of the week, I’d consumed enough coffee to briefly achieve enlightenment. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a productive workspace, a great community, and the ability to legally turn themselves into 70% condensed milk and caffeine.

Personally, this is my favorite workspace so far. The first two months went by very fast. Besides the beautiful view, there are other things worth mentioning that make this a fantastic workplace. The community has nice, diverse people who also like to be social. The view is amazing, and the workspaces are ideal. Whether you need focus or have a call, there is a good spot for every type of worker. I prefer working in the quiet room with AC and use the phone booths often, or I have my meetings outside near the rice field. The staff is proactive, very friendly, and helps you quickly. I look forward to the next months!

You could not ask for a better co-working space!! Hub is by far the best co-working experience I have, with convenient facilities, helpful staffs, nice food and drinks delivered to your desk, beautiful view, and being surrouded by like-minded peers that work hard and socialize hard. Truly a hidden gem in Hoi An for remote work and buildind a community 👌

Hub set the tone for my whole experience in Hoi An. I was solo traveling, just wanting to be around likeminded people and also get productive work sessions in, n Hub was exactly what I needed. It goes way beyond a coworking space. They host regular events that bring everyone together, which makes it so easy to make friends and feel at home even when you just arrived. The staff is amazing, especially Linh, she helped me so much and always made me feel welcome. And the view… exactly what you see in the pictures. Water buffalo and ducks hanging out right in front of you every day, cute! Loved everything here. If I ever come back to Hoi An, it’s definitely because of Hub. Thanks!

I worked from Hub Hoi An Coworking for a day and the setting is honestly beautiful. You’re surrounded by lush greenery and open rice fields, which makes it a very nice and inspiring place to work. Having a coffee while looking out over the fields is a great experience, and during the day it feels calm and productive. However, there are a few important downsides. First, you always need a reservation, which makes it less flexible than a typical coworking space. It’s not ideal if you just want to drop in and work spontaneously. Mosquitoes can also be a real issue, especially in the evening or after rain, which can make it uncomfortable to stay longer. The biggest concern is the outdoor setup during rain. The covering doesn’t seem well maintained, and water can get in quite easily. This creates a real risk for laptops and equipment, which is not something you expect in a coworking environment. It feels like the space could be much better managed in terms of maintenance and protection. Overall, it’s a great spot for the view and daytime vibe, but improvements are needed in comfort, flexibility, and especially infrastructure to make it a reliable place to work.
