  All the cafes are beautiful in this lake front area. And this is definitely one of them. I truly enjoyed this location as you see the full view of the lake, people in the boats, & the bridge. The salted coffee & pineapple juice were perfect after a long bicycle ride today. The cafe seats are comfortable. The views are fabulous. The service, happy staff.

  Lovely spot by the river, could watch the boats go by. I really enjoyed the coconut coffee, and the stir-fried beef with vegetables and rice was great and good value. My friend had the chicken banh mi - and it was one of the better ones she’s had after 1 year experience in Vietnam

  I had a relaxing time sitting here and reading my book with a tofu bahn mi (20k) and silver coffee (35k). My drink came quickly, however I had waited around 30min before going up to ask about my bahn mi. They had forgotten to bring it to me and the bread was stale so I asked if they could remake it and they happily did even giving me a complimentary banana. Sweet staff and calming music with a nice view of the river.

  I’ve probably eaten Bánh mì from over a hundred places in my life, and Coffee Lan’s Bánh mì is the best I’ve ever had. I tried both the pork and chicken versions, and both were absolutely delicious. Their fried rice is also cooked really well. On top of that, the atmosphere is great, and the staff always wear smiles. It’s definitely a place I highly recommend.💓

  A nice place, with a super smily staff. Food was good, except nems that were a bit burnt (it happens!). Nice view on the lake. Only issue is the ants that were all over the place

  Location is amazing. One of our favourite places in the world to sit and have a coffee. The drinks are delicious but the food was a let down. A more simplified menu might help. Just doing a few items very well. Our 8 year old waitress was very cute but no staff asked why we left so much food. I rarely leave any food on the plate but my Pho tasted of nothing and my partners chicken looked a little strange and questionable enough to avoid the risk of consuming. A quick table check "How is everything?" for diners after a few bites have been consumed may help to fix any issues customers have in future. Definitely stop here for drinks and coffee. Wonderful spot to watch the rowing boats. Perhaps look elsewhere for food though.

  I was literally about to write a 5 star review but had an unplesant event happen... I was paying and went to pay with a 500k note but the cashier lady literally said no and went through my wallet to get smaller notes, which I had just about. I wanted to change the big note by paying with that but couldn't. On top of that she did it in a kind of rude and dismissive way. I remained kind of speechless and left. What a shame..rest of the staff was nice.
