  Ok gym, with nice new equipment. The showers however are disgusting. Which is weird as the changing rooms itself were nice. My wife used the changing rooms in the swimming pool and in her words "were disgusting". However, the pool itself was clean, warm and a very good size!

  The gym itself is beautiful and brand new, with excellent equipment and great potential — but unfortunately, it’s completely ruined by how poorly it’s run. The gym floor is always a chaotic mess. Dumbbells, plates, and yoga mats are left all over the place, and every workout starts with a scavenger hunt to find what you need. Even the personal trainers don’t clean up after themselves, which sets a terrible example for members and makes the mess even worse. The staff? Barely present. They’re often found sleeping — not just during breaks, but in random corners of the gym. They close the curtains, turn off the lights and music, and turn the gym into their personal nap zone while members are still trying to train. It’s as if you are bothering them by being there, instead of them being there to help you. Some even vape inside the gym, and if anything breaks — like the water dispenser — don’t expect it to get fixed. Maintenance clearly isn’t a priority when the staff is too busy sleeping or just doesn’t care. It’s clear that no one here takes pride in the place. We’ve stopped training here. It’s such a shame, because the gym had so much potential. But with this kind of staff and attitude, it’s become an unwelcoming environment — and if things continue like this, the gym will quickly go from new and modern to old, dirty, and broken down.

  They have increased their prices insanely since August. If you want to do pool & gym its 300k dong and only gym is 150. No towel or extra service whatsoever. Sauna’s are broken as well. I would go somewhere else
