  I came to Friendly Spa to get a regular manicure (not gel) and they welcomed me in a pleasant and good atmosphere. The manicurist did an excellent job and I am very satisfied. When we were there, I saw the variety of treatments. There were other customers, some of whom had a head and neck massage and a hair wash, and some a foot massage. I will come tomorrow for a facial. The owner of the place is very charming. Very much recommended!

  1000% recommend!! Everyone here is just sooo kind and skilled! Luden did my nails and she did soooo good recreating the inspo, which you can also see! We even got watermelon afterwards and came back for a foot massage as well! Just an amazing place and lovely people!🫶🏼

  The staff here were so lovely and took extra care and time with my nails. They were able create this lovely design and intricate patterns perfectly! My nail technician was so lovely and they even served watermelon! Would highly recommend!

  Had an amazing experience here. The service was indeed friendly and I got a lash lift and nails and very happy with the experience. I got quite intricate nails done from Pinterest and she did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend! :)

  Came by for a plethora of services: a full-body massage, facial, hair wash & blow dry, heels scrub, manicure and pedicure. All of the services were extremely well done and the staff were friendly and attentive. They really took care of all my needs and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed! I spent almost four hours here and it was the perfect day to spend in Ninh Binh relaxing after a busy few days touring. Would highly recommend this spa for any and all services you might need while in Ninh Binh!!!

  Amazing experience!! Owner was so sweet and amazing. Gave us water and pineapple for free. Had the hair wash with massage and was really really good. Would definitely come back and recommend!

  My daughter and I got the Glow Up Combo and she also had her nails done. We were very happy with the service and attention we were given. Our time at the spa was extremely relaxing and the perfect way to spend over 3 hours before a long overnight bus ride. I highly recommend this spa.

  Super friendly staff, I had acrylic nails on and they removed them and did a set of Gels for me with nail design for 450k super good price. Would recommend.
