We stayed for 3 nights. It was a great escape from the busy SaPa area and the view of our room with the rice terraces and the enormous mountain range was out of this world. Staff were super friendly and assisted us all the way. We also took the Vietnamese massage package and it was nothing short of a perfect way to end our full-day trekking 👌🏾

I had an amazing experience at La Dao Spa. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated after the Signature Package. A special thank you to my therapist, Bich. She gave a firm, therapeutic massage that released so many of the knots and built-up tension I had been carrying. It was exactly the pressure I needed, and I felt lighter and more relaxed afterward. She was highly skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I also want to recognize Mr. Hoang and the entire team. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service throughout my visit, everyone was genuinely kind, friendly, and professional. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The Red Dao herbal bath was a unique and authentic experience, and the entire package was thoughtfully planned—from the body treatments to the relaxing atmosphere and even the delicious spring rolls and fruit tea served afterward. Every detail made the experience memorable. Thank you, La Dao Spa, for making this one of the highlights of my Sapa trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa and hope to return again someday.

I had such a wonderful experience with the herbal bath and massage package here in Sapa. Lu, my masseuse, was absolutely fantastic — very attentive, thorough, and incredibly skilled. She helped release so much tension from my back, and I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. The spa itself is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully serene, overlooking the stunning Sapa views. The clean and calming atmosphere made it so easy to fully unwind and enjoy the experience. This was truly a fantastic getaway and exactly the kind of serious break I needed. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to relax, recharge, and take care of themselves while visiting Sapa!

Feeling a little under the weather today, so I started with a honey, lemon & ginger tea while Richard went for a dragon fruit smoothie. We followed it with mountain vegetables and pork noodles for him, and I had the most incredible sour soup with pork, tofu, mushrooms and fresh mountain vegetables. We’d just come upstairs after our massage downstairs and honestly… it was exactly what we needed. Pure soul food. 🤍🌿

We went to the spa and had the herbal bath and traditional massage combo. It was so lovely! It's a beautiful building and the rooms have great views of the mountains. Because it's located in a smaller village outside of the main town it's quiet and peaceful. The service was friendly and professional and the massage was excellent.

    - Massage services: They offer Dao herbal baths and massages. The service is well-structured, and the staff are attentive. While I didn't find the herbal bath to be anything extraordinary, it’s still an experience worth trying at least once—especially for anyone who has just finished a long trek.|- Food & Drinks: They serve a few Western-style fast food options as well as traditional Vietnamese dishes, but they are just basic and nothing to write home about. The drinks are decent and quite beautifully presented.|- Ambiance: The space is spacious with a very cozy, pleasant Northwest vibe. The absolute best part is the view overlooking the rice terraces and distant mountains. It is truly beautiful and relaxing.|P.S. On the day I visited, there was some maintenance going on which caused a bit of noise. Even though I said it was fine, they still offered me a complimentary drink. Because of that, I’ve happily given them an extra point in this review!
